Raw linden honey is considered premium honey for its innate medicinal properties and has a wide range of applications. Organic Linden honey can help to treat colds and fevers as it’s a diaphoretic, and it is used as a fortifying agent and supports the heart.

Linden honey is named after the Linden tree that the nectar comes from, and is usually considered a monofloral honey.

Mixed with lemon, Linden Honey is used to overcome colds and along with tea is said to help in the treatment of liver and gall bladder problems, and relieve inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.

I really enjoy eating honey from BeeRoots. I tend to mix linden honey with my porridge or yoghurt. Highly recommend giving it a try.
